I placed my order on November 29, 2016 for a holiday sweater, and my sweater had not shipped out until January 3, 2017. After a week, I was frustrated that my item had not shipped so I requested a refund. They refused my first request to cancel because the order was "already in production" and I had sent a second request to the "refund department" for consideration on December 16, 2016 because my item still had not shipped. At this point, the company has assured me that they were sorry for the delay and would consider my request. At this point, I also disputed the charge on my PayPal account.

All while "considering my request and asking me to remain patient", Holiday Fury provided PayPal a USPS tracking number that showed they delivered my order four days prior to me placing the order on November 25, 2016. They provided a fake tracking number and this caused PayPal to close the claim in their favor. So ridiculous! I called PayPal and clarified the situation and had them reverse the charge and I finally received a refund on January 3, 2017. All the while, the company continued to tell me to be patient while they considered my request yet I received an email saying they shipped my item out on January 3, 2017. They lied again and shipped my item out even though they were in the process of refunding my transaction. So thankful I disputed this charge through PayPal. I checked Site Jabber and Trust Pilot, and countless people are experiencing the same problem. This company needs to be shut down.

1. This company needs to advertise their shipping policy on their website. The seller waited over a month to ship my item out and I believe this was only done because I disputed the charge.

2. I can’t believe this seller had the audacity to provide PayPal claims department with a fake USPS tracking number.

This company delivers different products than described, false information about in stock items, little to no costumer service, and lie about delivery. Their reviews are aweful, people are getting taken by this company left and right. Review website included.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a christmas sweater about 3 weeks ago and they haven’t sent it. When I message them they either apologize and say sorry were behind or they make up excuses. Everyone online has said the same thing. Some claim they never send the product. Some say it takes months for them to send. I think they are taking orders and full filing very few of them. It seems like the only people that may get their items are the ones that complain. They are just taking peoples money and not shipping products.

Not only is this counterfeit clothing. They show to be operating in the US but are actually located in another country. If you are to take the time to look at all the NEGATIVE reviews you can easily see they are a scam!
