The blanket item is a scam, as is Hobbilaunch’s entire website. I ordered what was supposed to be a Queen sized wool quilt, made from the wool of sheep raised in Australia. Instead, I received a thin, cotton bed cover that was Double size with a printed image on it that was stolen from off the internet. Hobbilaunch has a history of failure to deliver products, its website is constantly reporting error codes, and the entire website that I first ordered from has been completely taken down in the last month and replaced by one with no content. Hobbilaunch’s IP address is from Canada, its website is registered to the United States, and the product shipped from China. The "company" has been designated a scam by multiple consumer protection websites. Paypal has refunded multiple claims against it. This is outright fraud.

I saw a sponsored ad on my Facebook timeline for really nice hand made cotton/microfiber blankets. Placed an order with my credit card. Received an order confirmation on September 26, 2018 from Hobbilaunch. As time went by and no information from the vendor, I contacted them through their website. They emailed me a fake tracking number which was supposedly DHL/USPS. I researched. I kept on emailing them with no response. I have found out me and countless others were scammed by Hobbilaunch and their other fake names. I contacted Facebook. Not the decency of an appropriate reply.

After placing an order for a sugar skull blanket, I received a confirmation email, then a second email saying “thank you for trusting us”, then a third email saying it was in production. When I tried tracking my order, their website was no longer up and running, their phone number had been disconnected, and they didn’t respond to any of my emails inquiring about the status of my order.

A website posed as a quilt company. I purchased the quilt on 10/4/2018 via their website. After 3 weeks I emailed to find out the status of my order and received an automated reply:
– On behalf of Hobbilaunch Customer Service Support Team, we are so sorry for late response and delivery.
Our website is under maintenance, so please give us some days to fix it. Your parcel has been shipped after 3 weeks of production.
Estimated delivery is around 1-3 weeks in average (for regular seasons) and more depends on holiday or sale seasons.
The shipping company will update the parcel status as soon as possible. Once again, we’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to receive your sympathy and understanding.
After not getting any tracking information I emailed them back and got the exact same reply. I have been trying to reach them ever since. Now there tracking system is down, customer service has either blocked my email or something because my email keeps getting kicked back and their contact number is not in service.
Thanks for being our customer.
After another 2 weeks I emailed again, with them automated email insuring me that the quilt had be shipped and they were backed up due to the holiday season.

Hobbilaunch advertisement came up on my Facebook feed multiple times daily for a period of weeks. I read the reviews and responses were favorable for the blanket I wanted to order as a gift for my husband. I ordered using a credit card online. I recieved an email confirming my purchase with an order tracking number. I recieved 3 additional emails following up on the order in production, order to be shipped, and other offers from the business. After the fourth email the tracking number was no longer active and the entire website was shut down. It has been 7 weeks now since I ordered and no further communication from Hobbilaunch has been made and I never recieved the blanket either.

They have multiple sites under different business names trying to sell quilts that you will not receive. Also states they are on a farm in North central Victoria, but ScamPulse.com says they are located in Denver CO
