My tv was on a and remote was acting crazy so I did a factory reset on my tv as I was going through the motions of setting my tv up their was a prompt that told me to go on like and put in a code show on the tv so proceeded to do so on my cell phone the site that came up on my phone asked me to enter my code show on the tv so I did so after entering the code I received an message that said that the activation failed and to call this number +1 888-585-6924 for help. I called the number and told the man who answered what issues I was have he asked for my name and email and the code that was shown on my tv and I provided him with the info the her put me on hold when he can back to the phone he told me that roku has started some kind of new policy that we have to pay for some kind of subscription and it’s just a one time payment I told him that didnt make and since I’ve have this tv for almost a year my do I have to pay for a subscription now he told me that I doesnt matter how old the tv was people have been calling with TVs 2 3 and 5 years old and they all have to pay for this new subscription to up lock the tv the I told him I have other roku tv dnt they havent stopped working and I asked to talk to a supervisor and he put me a hold then I hung up. Few mins after hanging up I received a call from the number +1 512-521-7890 claiming to be a manager from hisense and he what to help me with my roku tv I told them he was a scammer and hung up he call 2 more times then sent me a text message saying this is supervisor Henry from roku the number on the website changed its number the need day to +1-850-409-1631
