Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I been getting calls for about 2 months regarding a Payday loan I owe back in Dec. 2012 for $400. They just want me to settle now with paying in full of making payment arrangements. All they need from me is my card # and they can debit monthly on what I will agree to pay. looked up phone # & didn’t get much info on it but people commenting on its nothing but a scam. I need to find out if this is a legit company or a scam as everyone states it is.
