Type of a scam Phishing
I received a postcard stating this letter was authorized by the federal court and was about a Chapter 7 bankruptcy settlement and that I could possibly receive benefits for a class action settlement. It also stated that I was a resident in California and I live in Oak Ridge NC. I also found online from other people stating this was a scam the same postcard with exact info as mine that’s what gave me a big red flag. Praying this info will help many not get scammed by this company.
