I have purchased a pair of NIKE shox for women from this company. First they sent me the wrong size and told me I keep the size I got and pay an additional $50 and reorder the correct size and ordered another style. I did this but they didn’t have the size requested. I did this 5 times and still no size I requested. I finally just requested a full refund of the second pair I had ordered, of $110. the company emailed me back telling me they had already refunded my bank on April 4th. they said the bank needed 2-30 days to deal with it. I contacted my bank and they told me it only takes 2-3 days coming internationally..well, here it is the 13th, and they will not respond to anymore of my emails. is there anything that can be done to get my refund?
