I ordered a clothing item June 1st online from an ad they had on FaceBook and my credit card was charged $31.10. Merchandise never received. I have emailed over a dozen times still get the same excuse refunds take awhile to process!!!! This company is a SCAM! Can you help.

I ordered from this website on April 17, 2018 and it is now May 30, 2018. They took the money ($59.40) from my credit card but have yet to issue me the merchandise. There are so many reviews online which i only wish I had read before using this site. They seem to be operating by scamming people of their money through credit card purchases yet they don’t send the items. Please investigate them and shut them down as soon as possible so no other victims are scammed by them.
