I order a tv but no refund no tv wtf
I ordered a 10×10 dog run for almost $70 and received knockoff raybans instead. They told me they can’t refund me fully and only a little bit of it or they can send the right item out as the picker accidentally grabbed the wrong item. I told them I don’t want to wait forever for another wrong item.
I ordered 2 dog cages back in early February that was $101.90 I received glasses in the mail in March with tracking number I had been given I contacted the heautuin via email and was told they would send right order waited over a month tracking package then was told package was lost and was offered coupons. I would like to have my money back asap please

I purchased a Doggy Treadmill for $61.88 2 weeks ago and today I received a ring from China. I have sent them 2 e-mails and tried calling them several times and when I do I get a message that the line may be buzzy or no longer in service. What a scam!

I purchased a dog house from HEAUTUIN.COM on 1/22/2020, payment WAS IMMEDIATELY deducted from my account & I received 1 e-mail SUPPOSEDLY FROM THEM that they HAD received my ORDER & I would receive notification of processing when payment had been received & 5 DAYS LATER, 2 E-MAILS TO THEM & 1 PHONE CALL (THAT WAS AN IDAHO AREA CODE) NO ANSWER…I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD FROM THEM!!!!
