Caller "Hello this is Joe on a recorded line. I’m a heal care administrator can you hear me ok?"
I hung up and called the number back . It’s a recording that says it’s customer service bur no business name and asks you to enter your phone number and gives you options to push like press 2 to be placed on the do not call registry. I’m already on that registry. This is definitely a scam trying to get you to say yes.
