Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered an art set for a Christmas gift on December 1, 2016. On December 3, I received an email confirming that my item had been shipped from New Jersey. I am only in Virginia so this should have taken a week at most. I emailed H&D Deals on 12/13/16 about not having received my order yet and they emailed back that they could not control the delivery time but if I did not receive my order within 30 days, they would resend it express shipping. The shipping method was USN Post which I had never heard of and on their website, the phone number listed only goes to a generic voicemail. The "USN Post" claims to have delivered my order on 12/24/16 yet it only says the city and zip code, not the actual address or location like a reputable courier or delivery service does. I have yet to receive this Order which cost me over $50 and over $10 for shipping that I never received. I paid through PayPal so I think I am going to file a complaint through them as well. I have called the number on H&D deals website but you cannot get an actual person on the phone. I have emailed them NUMEROUS times to no avail as well. This company as well as its alleged delivery company are a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them.
