I called the business Hawaii Tour Box wanting to book a tour for December 18th with Star of Honolulu. I spoke with a man named AJ who took my card information and processed my payment for $112. I called Star of Honolulu to verify my reservation and I was told by Cherel that my tour was booked for the wrong date, because there are no tours in December. I was told that they originally couldnt find my reservation because the guy spelt my name wrong. I asked if they were able to refund me and I was told I would have to contact the third party that I booked it through to receive a refund. I have been trying to contact Hawaii Tour Box to get a refund and I only get the voicemail and no response.
