My father had organized thoroughly a trip for 7 days in Mr. Rivera’s rental, the Lehua, in Hawaii. Mr. Rivera told my father that he would be contacted one week before the trip, being told where to get the keys/passcodes. After paying approximately $2,000, Mr. Rivera has failed to contact my father or answer multiple phone calls and emails.
