On Feb. 10th I ordered some jeans for my daughter. I inquired about them because I had not received them yet. I was told on 3/9/20 that due to high popularity of the product to please wait. On 4/6/20 I emailed them again and stating tracking # would not take and could not get on the website They sent me a message stating that the store was being upgraded and maintained. On April 10th they emailed me and said that my order had been shipped. Be patient that it takes 6 to 20 business days to deliver. Well, it is now 5/15/20 have not heard anything from them and no package yet from this company. It would not bother me but they took the money out of my account on Feb. 10th. It looks like I am out $82.00 dollars.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I saw an ad for jeans that I liked, so I went on to their website and purchased them, after searching to see if there were any reviews or scam alerts. Their website says that it would take 3-7 days for production but could taken up to 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks before contacting them to get my order. They explained that the item was in high demand and to be patient, I waited 2 more weeks before contacting them to cancel my order. I sent a request to cancel on a Saturday, they emailed me 3 times asking if I want to reconsider, on the 4th time they contacted me, they informed me the order was ready to be sent out and asked if I wanted to reconsider. I was adamant that I wanted the order canceled. I am not 100% sure if this is a scam, but, every thing about this transaction feels like a scam, especially the fact that the only way to get in touch with them is through email.
