Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase via their online store on June 13th. Received a PayPal notification that my payment went to Torri Whitlow

([email protected]) which is not the email noted on the website. I received an order confirmation but never received tracking/shipping updates. I emailed them on June 15th and 18th inquiring about where my purchase was. I then called the phone number on the 19th since my emails were not returned. The phone number was not in use/disconnected. I have a case open with PayPal in hopes of getting my money back.
