These men call from multiple phone numbers and area code. If you call them back, they immediately ask if this is (your name) so and so. They refuse to disclose as to why they are calling, other than stating they’re from Halstead Financial Services, but demand on collecting your personal information.

I’ve answered as well as returned phone call after phone call to these people stating I am NOT the person they are looking for, and yet they continue their harassment, day and night, seven days a week. My phone number is under my name, and though I know the person they’re searching for (who is unfortunately gullible enough to have fallen for these types of SCAMS in the past- regardless of never once having a credit card AT ALL-which is what they’re attempting to collect the debt of) THEY ARE NOT ON MY PHONE PLAN, whatsoever. Next course of action is CHARGES BEING FILED WITH THE COUNTY COURTS.
