Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered this product from the website that said that Alex Trebek was selling this product, CBD. It was for a free sample of cannabis oil for pain relief. When I got an e-mail from them, I noticed they charged me $5.99 shipping, which I accept, but also $37 for sleeping aid. I immediately replied that I do not want the sleep aid, only the trial oil. I then called them and the rep, Jason told me I would be refunded $12. because I did not want the sleep aid and to return it.
My problem is why did they send it to me when I specifically said I did not want it? Now I received another e-mail telling me it has been shipped. Why should I have to pay to send it back when I did not order it in the first place.
