We ordered a ladder from Gxeerd website in December. We got an email stating that they received the order and also that it had shipped. Nothing had arrived by mid-January and I looked to track the package (trackingmore.com). When I put in the tracking number in it said:
Not Found:
Your tracking info was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn’t accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn’t scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier’s system.
I then noticed that many people had made comments and were saying they were scammed as they had ordered various items and either never received the item, or received a USB cable instead of their order. The email that was sent to me from them was sent from Havedone and if there were questions to contact [email protected] others who commented reported different names (Philpost).
