I ordered 2 kits for DNA Ancestry Analysis on June 23, 2019–I have my original receipt
I did receive the 2 kits but the results were misleading and very vague–I have tried to contact this company but have not been able to resolve this issue and I feel this is a sham company. Many complaints have been made against them. I understand that it was several months ago and I should have contacted you sooner. But I want potential customers to know that their results are totally contrary to other valid DNA testing companies. For instance, I am a carrier of Hemochomatosis which is an iron storage problem that is inherited. My result came back saying I was low on iron. All my blood work that is carefully monitored by my Doctor shows that I have high Iron. I would like to get a refund from this company and I would also like you to investigate this company as I truly feel they are misleading consumers. The original cost was $354.98 charged to my Amex account. Kindly let me know how I can best be compensated for this loss and hopefully The ScamPulse.com will notify this company that they are really misleading and deceiving potential customers. Thank you
