I bought a product through this website and once I paid I had no further information about my order. No answer from the seller, no tracking number so I research a bit and found a lot of complaints of products paid but not sent from this address: https://grensundeay.myshopify.com/ (this is now closed) that has almost the same address as the one I used to buy my grill: https://grensundaey.myshopify.com/. Actually, the scammer’s email is still the same: [email protected] In Paypal, he uses a different email (what it is also suspicious): [email protected]
As soon as I discovered this "coincidence" I opened a claim through Paypal and I was lucky enough to get a prompt refund from Paypal. The "seller" never contacted me.
