Wanted to hire a photographer for family reunion. I assembled a contract and email him for signature. He wanted to pay the costs of the event photography in advance. Called the venue and found that they had nothing scheduled for the arranged day. And further found that the address of the client was a house for sale. Calls to the individual always broke up or had a hang up.
