I have been on the donotcall registry for 3 years. I have been getting calls from this "organization" 3-4 times per day, including Sundays, as early as 8am and as late as 7pm. This has been going on for at least the last 6 months. They never leave a voicemail. They also call me from several other similar phone numbers:
