Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I contacted them to help a friend, to pay a bond, we went over the formalities, agreed to pay monthly, and yesterday the woman told me it should be on my bank account in an hour, then asked about a card, I didn’t understand, maybe a card I would load and they could use it to pay the monthly agreements, then she mentioned if I could find a « Steam card » or « google » card but I mentioned those seem to be to purchase games or download stuff. Then the clerk said, after explaining what was going on, and never buying these cards, told me it must be a scam.
Then they texted that they were not a scam but a legitimate company.
Still why the cards, I have all the texts on the phone.
The managers name is, Kevin Merrick, financial manager, phone number : 516-855-5445.
Please help me to find out if they are legit.
