We were contacted by Dylan Curry to buy property that was not advertised for sale. He sent a link to the title office saying that all we had to do was click on the link and they would take care of all of the paperwork. He used high pressure tactics to try to get us to click on the link he submitted. We did not know this individual nor did we advertise any property for sale. The link was called a "Sign Request". It was sent by his partner Rachel Rodriguez.
