This company claims to clean carpet then shows up very hostel to clients about what they are not going to do when agreed upon by phone. Does not do work promised leaves carpet they way it was orignal all they do is put water on the floor because the client only wants what was told to do so then they pretend to clean but they are just putting water on the floor. I am not the only person who has had this experience please review yelp I wish I would have known this before I ordered them. Then said if we pay cash he would do more, I feel he was going to pocket the money. He talked to us crazy this is suppose to be a business everyone on the phone line is nice then you get a big oversized man throughing his hands up because you do not want the deal he is offering I felt attacked while he was talking to me I had to tell him to wait outside until my manager came to see if she still wanted to do business.

In Googling local GREEN Carpet Cleaning solution for Area Rugs that could eliminate Pet Odor, I came across GREEN CARPET CLEANERS, located in Playa Del Rey, very close to were I live. I called and spoke with "Julie" who was very nice and who told me it would be $** for the service of my rug and she could have technicians (Comical) to my apartment within a few hours. I agreed and off we went.
Technicians arrived at my home 10 min before I arrived home and my wife let them in, they started on the carpet in which they then informed her would now be $***, I was not having it. I called "Julie" back and we worked out $***. The cleaners dam near broke a few thing in my house and they smelled like [censored], super unprofessional, i’m pretty sure they were Illegal from Russia or Ukraine, spoke next to no English and were borderline incredulous about their "work". They left and everything seemed fine, considering my house was in one piece and I had not been robbed.
Once the carpet dried, the smell coming from it was unlivable, the stains had not been complete removed and I was forced to show out a $*** area rug as we found it would be unsalvageable. I made numerous attempts to call "Julie" but it seems that "Green Carpet Cleaners" may now go by many different names, all with matching websites in which they all claim:
"100% Family owned"
"Deodorizing"
"Green"
"Same Day Service"
Needless to say "Julie" can not be found and I called EVERY company with the name "Green" and "Carpet Cleaners" in the name on google and they ALL have the same customer service person who now claims "you were never a customer, we have never been there, no not us, must have been another green, there are like 5". YUP, there are like 5, they are all you along with what seems to be MANY more based on the matching websites and the wording.
BEAWARE. Just Call Stanley Steamer or something more reputable. I called my bank and claimed fraud and I play on paying a visit to the address of this "Business" as well.
