I ordered 4 pairs of LL Bean shoes from an ad I saw on Facebook in September, 2020, through Prices were extremely low, but I figured they were discontinued models. There’s no way to check on the order since they were coming from China. On October 26, I got a notice that my order had been left in my mailbox (suspicious since there’s no way 4 pairs of shoes could fit in my mailbox!). When I got home, there was indeed a small package in the mailbox… 3 pairs of socks! This site was obviously a scam, and I’m furious that Facebook would post it on their site! I’ll be calling the number on my Visa charge, and see if I can get the charges reversed!

Shown as L.L.Bean store on FB. Placed order in September. I did get a sun glasses at the end, but it is not what I ordered: backpacks and boots.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

They used an L. L. Bean Logo, so it would appear as if you were dealing with L L Bean. I already notified credit card company. On charges it shows Rochester, Mn.

Possible other name perryku
