Type of a scam Phishing

I called what I thought was Sierra Trading Post to place an order. My call was intercepted. A lady told me her name was Jessica (india accent). I asked if this was Sierra Trading Post. she said I could place my order after they gave me my $100 voucher. I was transferred after giving my DOB and my Credit card number. I then was told by a man named Sherwood (india accent) that my card will be charged $4.95 handling to give me my voucher. I repeatedly asked if I was talking to Sierra Trading Post. Again I was told that they would take my order after I approved my credit card use for my voucher. I got a gut feeling that this was some type of scam, and refused to allow my card’s use. The call became high pressure. Sherwood would not take no for an answer and assured me I had nothing to worry about. I continued to voice (supposedly the conversation was recorded) my concerns and refused to give permission. I must have said no over 30 times. Sherwood continued his high pressure insistence. He finally gave up and ended the phone call. I called Sierra Trading Post; they knew nothing of the call or company Great American Rewards. *** *** ***
