My colleague received an email from the Grand Prairie Award Program. It stated that our business was selected for the 2019 Best of Grand Prairie awards in the category of Retirement Home. It had a link to click to view the different packages to order a plaque or crystal award. Once on the website, it gives you an option to claim the said award. The website gives you options to "contact us, winners, nominate" and more information about the reward. It lists a number you can call for questions. Their terms and conditions say that an order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. We have called that number various times and it goes through an automated machine that always takes you to leave a message and someone will return the call.
