Type of a scam Online Purchase
I seen an ad for a necklace offered by the company that I wanted to purchase. I went to their website, everything seemed legit and I purchased the necklace. I received confirmation of my order but I after a week I never received any type of update that the necklace was being sent to me. I reached out to the company but received a response from my email stating that the email address was not accepting my email. I then waited another week to see if maybe it was just poor customer service. I still never received an update on shipping and I never received the product. I emailed the company a second time. It appears that it went through this time but I never received a response. While I was waiting for a response. I further reviewed the companies website and facebook pages (company has 2). On the website it did not have a place to leave a review but supposedly had tons of reviews about good service. If you cannot leave a review, how do they have any? On their facebook pages it would not allow you to post to the page but I did see tons of comments on the posts they had made. Every single comment was about never receiving the product they purchased. How it was a fraud company. How people have been waiting for months to receive anything. I reported the company to facebook and called my bank to attempt to get the charge to my account refunded.
