I wrote this company who is listed on the Passport website requesting a birth certificate as that is what they advertised there. I requested my birth certificate online through this company on Saturday, May 25, 2019. They sent a package requesting more information and stated in an e-mail a couple of weeks later stating that the process should take no more than 2 to 4 weeks, and that I should receive my birth certificate at least within that time frame or sooner. After 1 month went by I wrote this to the company: "I am extremely concerned about the shipment of my birth certificate. I received a packet for more information, sent a copy of my driver’s license and my government ID and a check for expedited shipping, and still, no correspondence from your office and no birth certificate in my mailbox. Do they send it via Fed Ex or UPS for tracking purposes? Please advise. I just want confirmation of receipt and evidence of when it will be shipped if it hasn’t been sent yet. Please send as much information as you possibly can. Thank you. Then I received a response (that they have somehow managed to wipe off my computer and cell phone devices) stating that they are not responsible for delivering my birth certificate in a timely fashion, and recommended I contact Vital Records, (a totally different entity who also charges a fee)! This is after I paid them 104.95 for them do deliver NOTHING!!! This company needs to be taken down as they also scammed my best friend who is taking care of her mother. She paid $60.00 for 2 documents recently for her Mom and never received anything in return. The scariest part of dealing with a request for birth certificate is that now they have literally everything they need to steal my identity. PLEASE help in stopping them from scamming other unsuspecting folks who are just trying to obtain a copy of vital records. Anything you can do would be most appreciated!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company claims to send you a copy of your birth certificate. THEY DO NOT!!! THEY SEND YOU AN APPLICATION TO SEND FOR YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR 59.00!!! CALL YOUR COUNTY’S HEALTH DEPARTMENT!! DO NOT USE!!
