I received a call from a Paul Carter saying I was randomly selected to receive a government grant. That there are 15000 people selected each year to receive this grant because of good standers with paying my taxes and utilities. Then I was told to call a Marvin Johnson to verify my address. Could you tell me if this really do happens? They gave me a number of 1(509)872-5625 Thanks for your time.
