Sent me a message via facebook claiming I won grant money but had to pay money which the amount would determine the amount of grant received. For example 1.000.00 paid by me and I would receive 100,000.00, if I paid 2,000.00 I would receive 200,000.00. He has a facebook which the ScamPulse.com found at https://www.facebook.com/scott.felix.3154 and the ScamPulse.com in Augusta has reported this to facebook and the Attorney Generals Office.
