I received a text message last week. It said your friend Lisa won a government grant for $200,000. Someone was using her name. It was not her. I responded to the text to apply for the grant. I would need to fill out a lot of information. Wanted my full name. I did not respond. I did not give any personal information. They responded, I’m waiting. The contact was Walter Williams.The texts came from 440-571-6166.
