A man called me to congratulate me on receiving a grant for $9000.00 from the government for having a clean record the past year. He gave me a confirmation number and want to transfer me to another line (646) 357-1824. He knew my email address. He became angry when I told him I googled his phone number while talking to him and noticed it was reported as a scam phone number.
