I saw the add on fb in April. It said it offers maximum protection and it’s shipped within 24 hrs. I placed my order on April 14th, 2020 and paid using PayPal. I received an email with a DHL tracking number on the 16th and every time I click on the tracking number appears that DHL have not received my package and still waiting. I sent emails to the only contact information they have on their site and it’s not going through.
Someone replied one of my 7 emails I had sent them asking them for a full refund and their answer is that they are having a high volume or orders and the mail is taking longer due to people at the postal offices been sick with Covid 19. To continue to be patient to receive my order. It’s been 3 weeks and still have not receive the masks nor a full refund.
When I checked on FB there’s a page of complaints of this Goodies4us and people in my situation who was scammed.
