I ordered two Journey dolls , lifelike, and twin monkeys on June30,2020. After various email and responses of continuing to wait together, I receieved , todau August 11,2020 two 7 inch plastic dolls and a joke of a resin monkey! Totally disgusted with this company. Out $103.00! Has anyone gotten their money back?

I would give zero starts if I could! They advertised dolls that look like the realistic NewBorn dolls. The website displayed beautiful realistic looking dolls with detailed descriptions. After a month and a half and numerous emails I received the two dolls I ordered for almost $70.00. Instead of 16″ beautiful baby dolls I received two 7″ doll that looked like squeeky toys for my dog! I am now fighting to get my money refunded. When I tried to access my account and also get pictured of the dolls to send to make my case all product links were broken and my account was gone.

This company is from China, and is on Facebook they are selling what you believe that your getting is a 17 inch doll that looks real. The doll that arrived was not even 6 1/2- 7 inches long and didn’t look anything like what was advertised. It was supposed to be made from silicone and it for sure is not ! The company website is: www.gooddealsus.com they said how about we refund you $9.00 and the doll cost $38.97. Do not order from them !!!
