Received call stating I’d won $250k from Good Housekeeping. Good Housekeeping connected me with an officer from the Consumer Protection Agency, who then gave me to another "officer" who said I would need to pay a 1% fee to insure the funds as they would be transported across state lines. I told them I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and they said I couldn’t tell anyone.
