when they called me they said they were with go assist an needed to clean up my computer because there was filt on that needed to be taken of they did a lot of stuff. but as I watch all they were putting on it was pone with a lot of filt as they were doing this I call Dell which is my computer an they went to work to get the filt off.( the sick people used this go to assist customer\windows\system32\cmd.exe-dir/s. an again the phone was a 800-765-2408 this was on 10-22-2018. they keep calling me about the 3 time they called when I answered I said that I had reported they to the ploice boy did they hand up an never called back people are sick ( hope you can stop this) I don’t have any image to send you I had Dell to dump all the smit. sorry
