In conjunction with Bradshaw Group Property Management in Chicago, they claim to have a buyer that has put the funds to purchase our timeshare unit into a trust fund and needed $3499.00 up front to cover the transfer fees in Mexico but was reimbursed in the trust fund. In receiving the documentation on where to do a money transfer into Mexico, the address was a hotel in Mexico which my financial institution picked up and then would not transfer the money. BEWARE.
