I received a phone call from this company. They told me that they owed me $500 for anti-virus services. I told them I didn’t purchase anything like that, but thought that maybe my grandchildren who use the computer may have clicked on something. Unfortunately, I gave him access to my computer and he was writing to me on it! He could not tell me what account of mine had been charged. He then asked me personal information such as my name, address, email and banking information. That’s when I ended the call. He continued to "speak" to me on the computer.

I was online when the image came up on computer stating my computer had a virus and my microsoft system will shut down..the company went into my system and to repair it there would have been a charge of 199.00. I believe they installed a virus in the system..i gave no information, but called microsoft and gave them this information. Beware…

I got a red screen and said to call number.

I did.

I then was asked to provide my name and the number they gave me .

I did.

I talked to someone, and they were very rude because I questioned authenticity.

I hung up.

They did install global protect 64 and cisco webex add.

I need to know if they got anything in my network or system
