Type of a scam Tech Support
I was called to receive a refund for tech support services by Ask Mask LLC. (phone number was blocked)
(Computer still running slow after paying $299.99.)
The person at Go Support Solutions said they were required to give me a refund because the issue was not resolved.
I downloaded and loaded some software so the person could see/control my screen. He said the screen goes black when personal/financial info is displayed.
I opened my checking account, he deposited $3,000 (vs. $300).
I said I was calling the police. He said he was doing the same. The call dropped, and I never heard back from him.
I called the phone number below, went into voicemail, I left a message. No call back.
