Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I purchased an iPhone XS with a 2 year warranty. I received the phone and it was in great shape but when I checked the IMEI number, it was not available which meant either it was not unlocked as it was advertised or it was stolen. I sent multiple emails and no one responded. I used the contact us feature on their website, still no response. After 5 attempts without a response, I emailed them again asking them to resolve the problem or I will "elevate" the issue. THIS was when they responded. They told me I could return the phone but never addressed why the IMEI number was unavailable and they did not even give me the option to exchange for another phone. When I asked the possibility of exchanging, they said they were low in stock. I found that to be unusual because they are a phone selling company, being low in stock for all of their phones seemed abnormal. I shipped the phone back to them and did not hear anything from them afterwards. I checked the tracking number and they had received the phone 4 days prior and never informed me. I emailed them yet again asking when I would receive my refund and also informing them that I was aware they had received the phone including the date and time it was delivered. They did not respond, but I was issued a full refund.
