I went on Facebook and saw an add for hair straighteners buy one get two free. They also have a lot of other products as well. They took my money that night. 60.00 dollars and never sent my products. I have written them many times and number is not going thru. They blocked my comments on Facebook so I can’t warn other people. They are fake. Don’t use them

I made a purchase of hair flat irons through a retail company advertise on Facebook called Glover collections. Received my confirmation and receipt via email but never received the product. I have emailed there customer service department numerous times with no reply. I have called this company numerous times and get a recording. It’s been over a month and still have not received anything. When I went back on there Facebook book page I was blocked from making comments. I have tried to report to Facebook about the page but it will not even let me complete the report. This company is a scam and I want people to know so they don’t fall prey to this.
