Individual contacted me by cell phone, a friend of mine told me that I was on a list of people to receive money ARRA, and she gave me a number to call so I called it (669)237 1511, but I got a recording, but at 2214 today Jan.31st, I got a call asking for my full name and email, so again I did. at 2220, I received a congratulatory text stating that I had won. I asked how much and they text back that my winning prize was $150,000. They told me that in order to claim my prize I would have to fill a form so I did and texted it back. I told them that I hoped that this was not a hoax, they said it was not. They asked me not to tell anyone until I got the money. Then (this was my hint that it was a hoax) they said that the money would be delivered upon me paying $4,150 for clearance and delivery fee. They say that it is part of the terms and conditions to pay. They said that once I made the payment my winning money would be delivered.
