This company contacted me whether I was interested in selling a timeshare condo in Mexico stating that they had a buyer for this property. When asked if there would be any out of pocket cost from me, they stated no. To date I have sent $37,000. Out my pocket for a sale of $36,000. Condo totaling 72,000. This sale has been going on since April 2018 and as of this date, still not final and requesting more money from me. At this point it feels like a scam while I have received several letters that this was all final with their company verifying all will be closing on this real estate only to find yet another "fee" requesting that I pay.
