I paid this company $700 to repair my computer. They called me about 3.5 months later to say they were going to refund my money (some ruling?) They said I would get $400 now and the other $300 in a couple weeks. They took control of my computer, put in $4000 and then wanted me to go buy gift cards for the extra $3600! I watched as they manipulated money in my accounts, at one point they had removed $4000. I did get that back, but had to close the account and open another one. They also threatened me with my other accounts, "I see you have a Wells Fargo account and a Capitol One card." I also had to back up and reset my computer to remove any tracking or spyware they might have place on my computer.
I have many screen shots I took during the conversation and 5 pages of coding they forgot to delete from my bank account being manipulated.
