The caller called me and my wife, looking for my younger brother. They called me twice and my wife once, so far. Each time they make themselves sound official by stating the jurisdiction and using legal verbiage. I was asked to have my brother contact 855-594-7139 immediately as per the "order to locate" and if they did not hear from my brother they would send "someone" to my residence to locate my brother. The call ended with "this is considered a legal notification by phone, [brother] will be located at your residence unless instructed otherwise".
