Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I received a call from High Point asset collection, Brian Web 855-764-8944, he told be I owe on 2 payday loans from Global Group Holdings and SJM Marketing owing a total of 1010.00 from 2011 and 2012. I did take out 1 payday loan and paid it back, did not receive any other loans, how they got ALL my info is unknown to me, The collection office-Brian Web told me to settle with them for 314.00 and it will go away or they will sue me for over 2000.00, I set up to make the payments but afraid I’m being scammed by them also, don’t know what to do, I did file a complaint with the Federal trade commision, please help.
