Diego Melendez of Global Construction or Global Construction and Exteriors is there with his hand out to collect money, but does not do any thing else, i.e. obtain building permit, ensure that you get the product you are obtaining (new roof shingles) he never responds to phone calls or phone texts. He claims to get all insurance companies to pay for the entire replacement, but you still pay out of pocket. Both of his addresses are void of him ever being there. Beware that you may not get what you are paying for.
