Had a phone call saying current security system company was monitoring out of state. Allowed new security company to remove old system and install new system. New system worked for a couple week then the system didn’t work anymore. Called the person whom had the system installed and I was told that I had canceled the their service which I had not done. The system did not work for a couple of weeks and tan they turned the system back on. They have been debiting my checking account and the system is no longer installed. Need to know what I can do about this situation.
