We were sent a bill from Global ads 365 20 Trafalgar Square suite 463 Nashua NH 03063 saying we owe them money for global online advertising. We are a small construction company that only works in western Oklahoma. Why would we need global advertising?? We never signed up for this and have never seen an ad from this company that we are suppose to be paying for.

On 3/24/18 I received an invoice in the mail from a company I have never heard of, Global Ads 365, requesting payment of $949.99 for "Global Online Advertising". The invoice looked fairly convincing; however, they used my county in place of my city in the address area. Otherwise, everything looked good. They even included a fake account number that was supposedly connected to my business. I knew that this invoice was fake, because I own my own business and place orders for all advertising myself and I had never in my life heard of this company.

Global Ads 365 sent us an invoice for $949.99 dollars for Global online advertising – we have never heard of them – called the number and left message – Guy by the name of Mark Johnson called me back and said that we verbally agreed to the advertising – I advised that we have never heard of them before and unless he had something in writing that indicated we agreed to this – we would not be paying this bill. He then gave me a cancellation number for the invoice.

We received and invoice in the mail from Global Ads 365 in the amount of $949.99. We have not now nor have never used such services for this business and never will. I want to know who these people are. And I demand a formal apology from these people. They are costing me my job. A job I have been at for over 11 years. When my boss saw this bill of close to one thousand dollars for barely 2 weeks of service, he came to me and asked me what the heck this was and if I don’t fix it I will loose my job. It took me an hour to calm him and explain these losers are scammers and are probably screwing other around as well. I tried to call them but their phone goes straight to voicemail. So I left 4 voicemails. I tried to email and got deamon mailers back.

The business received a call from Global Ads 365 claiming they owed 1050 (ad plus interest/late fees) for an for 2016-2017. The rep claimed that the business place an ad in 2015-2016 which was paid for by check in 2016. The rep could not provide the check number of date, but had the business routing and checking account number. The rep sent the business an invoice, but provides no information of the ad or check number. The address of the business is a virtual office located in Dublin, OH per a google search done by the business. The rep said she can waive late fees and interest if invoice is paid in the amount of 949.99.
